Terms of play: one account, 18+, and the wagering maths behind every bonus
What this page is
A readable summary of the rules the account system actually enforces. The full terms live in the account itself and they are the version that governs — where the two ever differ, the full terms win. Anything here that touches a bonus or a payment limit should be checked against the live cashier before you rely on it, because promotional terms change more often than any other part of a casino.
The account
- You must be 18 or over. We verify it, and an underage account is closed with any winnings voided.
- One account per person, household, payment method and device. Duplicates are the most common cause of a voided bonus.
- Register in your own legal name, as it appears on the ID you will verify with later. A mismatch stops a payout.
- The account currency is set at registration and cannot be changed afterwards.
- Your login is yours. Anything done through it is treated as done by you.
Deposits, withdrawals and verification
- Minimum deposit AU$10 (AU$20 by bank transfer, and AU$20 to qualify for any match bonus).
- Minimum withdrawal AU$20. Standard weekly ceiling AU$10,000, which rises with loyalty tier.
- Every withdrawal request is reviewed within 24 hours; bank rails then take one to three business days, crypto usually the same day.
- Identity verification — photo ID, proof of address dated within three months, and a masked card image where relevant — is required before the first payout.
- Money returns down the rail it arrived on where that is possible, and always to an account in your own name. Third-party payouts are refused.
Bonuses and wagering
- Match bonuses across the four-deposit welcome package carry 50x wagering. The 20 sign-up free spins carry 50x and a AU$200 maximum cash-out.
- Opt in at the cashier before depositing. A settled deposit cannot be retro-fitted with a bonus.
- Pokies contribute in full toward wagering. Table games and the live floor contribute little or nothing — check the current weighting table before you opt in.
- Requesting a withdrawal while wagering is unfinished forfeits the bonus and anything it has won. The cashier warns you before it happens.
- Bonuses expire. The window is stated on each offer when it is credited.
- Bonus conversion on the welcome package is capped; the live figure is in the cashier.
Fair play
Every game runs on a random number generator tested by an independent laboratory, and the RTP in a game's info panel is the maths that runs. We do not adjust it for an individual account, and there is no mechanism by which we could. Equally, no pattern, system or "strategy" changes the odds — if somebody is selling you one, they are selling you nothing.
Bonus abuse — duplicate accounts, coordinated play from one household, exploiting a promotional error rather than reporting it — voids the bonus and the winnings it produced. We would rather state that in one paragraph than bury it in a clause nobody reads.
Closure, exclusion and complaints
You can close an account at any time, and self-exclusion is available from within it — a block we will not reverse early. Cleared funds in a closed account are returned to you; funds still in wagering are not, because they were never yours to begin with.
Complaints go to our support desk first, in writing, through the account. If we cannot resolve one, the Curacao licence under which we operate provides an escalation route, and we will tell you what it is rather than make you find it. The homepage sets out the operator, the licence and the caps that most complaints turn out to be about.
